What types of books do you offer?

At Notre Locus, we pride ourselves on providing a diverse selection of literature, including fiction, non-fiction, children's books, graphic novels, and more.

We offer books in multiple languages: Russian, Belarusian, Ukrainian, Georgian, Armenian, English and more

How do I place an order?

Browse our online catalog, select the books you'd like to purchase, and add them to your cart.

Once you're ready to check out, click on the cart icon, review your items, and proceed to payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The shipping time will depend on your location and the availability of the books in our inventory.

At the moment we are accepting orders only as a pre-order and will notify via email once books will be in stock. Estimated shipping time window is the week of 19th June.

Our guarantee policy is to get delivered all orders placed in May by 1st of July 2023 or issue a refund.

How much does delivery cost? 

For orders we apply standard shipping costs for UK, EU and International markets.

As we grow, we will try our best to reduce our rates and offer free delivery whenever possible as well as adding options for local delivery and pick-ups locations.

Currently, free delivery is available for all orders over £50 in the UK.

PLEASE NOTE: From 1st of July 2021, shipments from the UK to EU countries is subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) charges. Orders placed through this website are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) and customers in the EU may have to pay import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) and a handling fee in the receiving country.

Can I return or exchange a book?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the books are in their original, undamaged condition. Please review our return policy for further information.

Yes, we have a loyalty program for our customers. By creating an account with us, you'll earn points for every purchase, which can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.

Can I suggest a book or author for your store?

Absolutely! We're always on the lookout for new and interesting books to add to our collection.
