Aleksey Zimin
Alexey Alexandrovich Zimin is a Russian journalist, television presenter, restaurateur, and chef. He is the creator of the TV program Cooking with Alexey Zimin, the curator of the gastronomic festival Food Festival, the editor-in-chief of the Russian-language magazine ZIMA Magazine, and the author of the bestsellers Units of Conventionality, Supermarket Kitchen, Market Kitchen, and Kitchen Forever.
