Anastasiya Maksimova

Anastasia Maksimova is a journalist, editor of the “Psychology,” “Sex,” “Lifestyle,” and “Career” sections at the women’s magazine Cosmopolitan, author of the Telegram channel “Out of Depression,” and a writer. She graduated from Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University. She is interested in aerial gymnastics on silks. In 2017, Nastya was diagnosed with clinical depression. Nastya overcame the illness and wrote a detailed guide to depression to help people in similar situations. She is also known in the fiction literature segment under the pseudonym Una Hart.
