Anton Dolin (b. 1976) is a Russian journalist, film critic, and film scholar.
In 1997, he graduated from the Russian Department of the Faculty of Philology at Lomonosov Moscow State University, and in 2000 completed postgraduate studies at the Gorky Institute of World Literature of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He began his journalistic career at the radio station Ekho Moskvy, where he worked from 1997 to 2002 as a correspondent and program host. From 2001 to 2005, he worked at Gazeta as a staff film critic and later as head of the culture section. In 2006, he was deputy editor-in-chief of the newspaper Vechernyaya Moskva. He also contributed to the newspapers Moskovskie Novosti and Vedomosti, the magazines Iskusstvo Kino and Expert, and the websites Russian Journal and Grani.ru. He hosted programs on the radio stations Russkaya Sluzhba Novostei and Maximum, and currently works as a radio host for Vesti.fm and Mayak. He has written several books devoted to contemporary cinema, including Lars von Trier: Test Papers. Analysis, Interviews (2004), Takeshi Kitano. Childhood Years (2006), and Herman. Interviews. Essays. Screenplay (2011). He is a multiple recipient of the Guild of Film Scholars and Film Critics Award.
