Papa Dictator Wants to Win (Papa Diktator)

Everyone knows his name: Papa Dictator, a world-famous tyrant. He has nuclear weapons, usurped power, a bad temper, two children, and a palace with a pet zoo. Over the course of eight issues, the Dictator wages war with his neighbors, blocks the internet, celebrates an anniversary, invents his own ideology, and tries to raise a son and daughter who see him for who he is.

Created and drawn by German artist Mick, Papa Dictator has been confusing those who can't see the bitter truth behind the caustic joke—and vice versa—for ten years now.
