Prince Panther unexpectedly appears in Christine's room to comfort her after the death of her kitten. A strange game of seduction begins between the cat and her prey. He tells stories of the distant land of Pantheria, where he is the crown prince. In them, Christine hears everything she wants to hear. And gradually, the prince begins to control her life, pushing aside her favorite toys and friends. Panther creates a new world for Christine, into which he wants to take her forever.
Brecht Evens is a contemporary Flemish comic book author and illustrator, whom The Guardian newspaper called one of the most talented representatives of the Belgian school of illustration since Hergé, the author of the Tintin comics.
