Elena Motova
Elena Motova is a dietitian, science journalist, and sports physician.
She lives in Moscow. She studied dietetics at Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University and pediatrics at Tver State Medical Academy. Her favorite course, Nutrition for Health Promotion, she took in San Francisco.
She runs her own blog about evidence-based dietetics. She gives lectures on nutrition and eating behavior. She cooks well and enjoys eating.
