Endryu Shon Grir
Born into a family of scientists in Washington, D.C., he studied the craft of writing at Brown University. He worked as a chauffeur and in television, and his first literary efforts were unsuccessful. Soon he moved to San Francisco and began publishing in magazines, then released a collection of short stories. His first novel, The Path of Minor Planets, was published in 2001 and received critical acclaim. His second book, The Confessions of Max Tivoli, was published in 2004. He is currently a research fellow at the New York Public Library and lives in San Francisco.
