Georgi Gospodinov
A contemporary Bulgarian poet, writer, literary scholar, and critic.
Born in 1968 in Yambol. Graduated from the Faculty of Bulgarian Philology at Sofia University. Since 1993, he has worked at the newspaper Literaturen vestnik (from 1998 to 2003 as editor-in-chief). In addition, he is editor of the Bulgarian section of the Oxford literary journal Orient Express. A doctoral student at the Institute of Literature of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
