Leonid Markovich Krol is a Russian psychologist, coach, and business trainer. Candidate of Medical Sciences, professor at the Higher School of Economics. Founder and director of the Institute of Group and Family Psychology and Psychotherapy, the L. Krol Coaching and Training Workshop, and the “Klass” publishing house. Founder and managing partner of the Incantico project in Italy.
Author of 12 books and more than 120 articles on psychology, psychotherapy, and business. Has twenty years of experience conducting trainings and master classes in Russia, the USA, the UK, Germany, and other countries.
