Maykl Rozen
Michael Wayne Rosen is a British broadcaster, children’s writer, and children’s poet, the author of more than one hundred books.
He was born into a Jewish family of educators and communists, Harold Rosen and Connie Isakofsky. Michael himself is a socialist, a supporter of the Socialist Workers Party (in 2004 he stood for election for the Respect Party), and an advocate of proclaiming the United Kingdom a republic.
In 2008, he uttered the famous phrase “Nice!”, which spread into hundreds of thousands of memes and brought him fame.
