Valya Filippenko

Valya Filippenko lives in Moscow, graduated from the Faculty of Journalism at Moscow State University in 2010, and works in PR and film production. At the very beginning of her career, she worked with the magazines Yeralash and Children’s Radio, but she began writing fairy tales, poems, and stories much earlier, when she was very young. In 2020, collections of Valya’s “harmful advice” were published in the online magazine teens write, and the fairy tale “Dad Is Looking for a Job” was conceived in the house opposite the Moscow Zoo and finished at a writers’ residence in Peredelkino.
