Mune Witcher is the pseudonym of the well-known Italian crime journalist Roberta Rizzo. By day, Roberta writes about crimes, and by night she turns into the Moon Magician. The pseudonym and the legend of the Moon Magician were created by the author and publishers specifically to distinguish Roberta, who writes about violence, from Roberta, who writes fairy tales for children. Roberta Rizzo was born in Venice in 1957. From 1982 to 1983, she studied in Moscow, where she was working on a dissertation in philosophy based on research into the psychology of L.S. Vygotsky. After her studies, Roberta Rizzo taught in primary and secondary school and conducted scientific research in the field of child psychology and pedagogy, which undoubtedly helped her create the characters of the heroes in adventure novels for children.
