'Almodóvar' is a conceptual collection of multi-genre texts about the films of the outstanding Spanish director. Conceived and compiled by Anton Dolin and Andrey Plakhov, this book examines each decade of the celebrated Spaniard's career: from his early films of the 1980s to this year's 'Parallel Mothers.' The authors of the articles and interviews are leading Russian film scholars and historians: Kirill Razlogov, Zara Abdullaeva, Nina Tsyrkun, Zinaida Pronchenko, Alisa Tayozhnaya, Mikhail Trofimenkov, and others.
The book also offers a journey through Almodóvar's Madrid, through the apartments of the characters, streets, squares, and bars where his films take place. This unique guide was compiled by Gilana Kilganova. The collection concludes with Pedro Almodóvar's quarantine diary, which he began keeping in March 2017.
The author, whom the Russian Ministry of Justice considers a foreign agent, participated in the creation of this publication.![Almodóvar (Almodovar) [Sold Out]](https://notrelocus.com/image/cache/s/files/1/0758/6558/8014/files/96_042325a9-535c-49ce-beff-e881d427affc-v-1709225092-1000x1000.png)
