Ingvar Kamprad was a Swedish entrepreneur and the founder of IKEA. He accomplished what no one else had ever achieved: thanks to his efforts, almost everyone now had the opportunity to own a beautiful and stylish home. But it wasn't money that made him truly great, but his convictions. Ingvar believed that all people have the same basic needs, and therefore should be treated equally.
