The Nutcracker, a Christmas story by the 19th-century German romantic writer E. T. A. Hoffmann, has delighted and delighted generations of children and adults. Even after 200 years, it still captures our imaginations. Despite the fairytale-like nature of the narrative, the author for the first time depicts the reality of the era, rather than some unknown, fictional world. The story of living people and animated toys, along with the touching love of young Marie for the poor Nutcracker, once inspired the great Russian composer P. I.
