Darya Abalmasova
Darya Abalmasova is a philosopher and translator, a graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy at Lomonosov Moscow State University and Sorbonne University in Paris. She teaches the basics of philosophy.
2018 — Bachelor’s degree, Faculty of Philosophy, Lomonosov Moscow State University. 2019 — retraining qualification (French-language translator), Faculty of Translation and Interpreting, Lomonosov Moscow State University. 2020 — scholarship recipient of the Government of France. 2021 — Master’s degree, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, specialization: philosophy, Sorbonne University. Translator of scholarly articles (journal Aesthetica Universalis). Co-author of the book The Best of All Possible Worlds: How Philosophers Proposed to Organize Society and the State (2023).
Teaching experience: Sept.–Apr. 2018 — social studies teacher, State Budgetary Educational Institution No. 2107. June–Nov. 2018 — assistant methodologist at the Institute of Art Business and Antiques. Assisted in the preparation of educational materials on cultural studies for a distance-learning program. 2021 — conducted public online seminars on ethical dilemmas.
