Gabriel Zevin
Gabrielle Zevin is an American writer.
Zevin began her writing career at the age of 14 as a music critic.
Her debut book, "Margarettown," was included in Barnes & Noble’s list of the best debuts; another of her novels, "The Hole We’re In," was included in Entertainment Weekly’s Must List and was a New York Times Editor’s Choice. But Gabrielle Zevin is best known for the young adult novel "Elsewhere."
Gabrielle is the screenwriter of "Conversations with Other Women" (starring Helena Bonham Carter and Aaron Eckhart), for which she received an Independent Spirit Award. In 2009, she co-adapted her novel "Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac" with Hans Canosa for a film adaptation in Japan.
Gabrielle Zevin graduated from Harvard. She currently lives in Los Angeles.
