Ivan Shishkin
Ivan Shishkin is a restaurateur, culinary expert, and journalist. He is an entrepreneur-restaurateur, chef, and co-owner of restaurants. He is the author of several books on culinary topics.
Ivan Shishkin has a degree in chemistry. He worked as an auto journalist and photographer (doing design), and in this capacity traveled around half the world. In any country, he pays great attention to local food. In 2010, together with a team of like-minded people, he opened Delicatessen, and in early 2011 he took under his wing the Spanish restaurant Tapa de Comida. He then launched a street food wagon called “Dary Prirody” (“Gifts of Nature”), where all food is served takeaway on the street and prepared on the spot even in winter. His hobby is motorcycling.
