Dürer elevated the art of engraving to unprecedented heights, inventing the complex technique of cutting pictures on copper or wood—engraving—and also pioneered the self-portrait genre. We reimagined the legacy of this great artist and created illustrations for a classic European fairy tale based on his inspiration.
