The novel “Polyanna” is already more than a hundred years old, and it continues to be consumed by millions of readers. The main character is an eleven-year-old girl who comes to her aunt - the only person who can be wrapped in Polyanna. Aunt Polly is strict and pedantic. She sees a girl’s room on the hill without a window and with a minimal amount of furniture, and she doesn’t want children’s hands to piss around the booth. Polianna is a child full of joy, active, chatty, cheerful. The little girl will sing to those who are away, “Gree for joy.” The little girl accepts everything calmly and optimistically. Everyone in the city loves Polianna, and henceforth the Križanian auntie’s heart also begins to warm up.
