The Master and Margarita (Master i Margarita)

Every spring, during the full moon, something draws the poet Bezdomny to the bench on Patriarch's Ponds, where it all began. And another hero, the procurator Pontius Pilate, has been haunted by the moonlit road and the man he's accused of seeing for two thousand years now... And this 'something' is more than just memories. Something they discovered within the novel as participants in its events. And the reader, too, becomes such a participant, experiencing perhaps the most extraordinary experience.
