'Diary of a Loser, or The Secret Notebook' is an autobiographical novel by writer, poet, and publicist Eduard Limonov, written in 1977.

This is the confession of a Russian émigré trying to settle in America, to fit into the system without bending to it. Refusing to compromise, overcoming taboos, he strives to preserve himself and his truth in these new and alien conditions.
