During Yuri Osipovich Dombrovsky's lifetime, only one of his poems, 'The Stone Axe,' was published. In the year of the poet and writer's 115th birthday, the Gulag History Museum, the Memory Foundation, and Subscription Publications are publishing a collection of poems and short stories from various years, including the story 'Little Hand, Little Leg, Little Cucumber,' considered prophetic. Yuri Dombrovsky was a witness to the Stalinist repressions: he was arrested four times, lived in exile, and served sentences in Kolyma and Siberia. The events of his life are reflected in Yuri Osipovich's works. The author's texts are supplemented by the writer's biography and photographs from the family archive.
