The authors of this book, Nina Brockmann and Ellen Stöcken Dahl, by their own admission, are not sorceresses—they are still learning. And that's probably for the best.
Firstly, they themselves want to learn more; they enthusiastically search for and analyze the latest information, and then willingly share it with readers.
Secondly, they haven't yet completely switched to medical jargon and haven't forgotten how to speak simple human language, so they write accessibly, briskly, and with humor. Moreover, the girls chose a complex and delicate topic—about... the vagina and our women's health. Of course, they couldn't avoid some terminology, but you can rest assured: the authors explain everything so clearly that even those who skipped biology classes in school will understand. And that's not surprising! After all, the girls were inspired by the example of Julia Enders herself, who wrote the famous book 'The Enchanting Gut.'
Ellen and Nina also avoid the categorical nature that venerable doctors are sometimes guilty of. They emphasize again and again: we are all different, and that's wonderful; what works for everyone else may not work for you, and that's okay. The main thing is to understand yourself, your characteristics, and your needs.
