“Aeneida” is a Ukrainian burlesque-travesty poem, written by the writer Ivan Kotlyarevsky, based on the plot of the classical poem of the same name by the Roman poet Virgil. It consists of six parts, to be replaced by twelve parts of Virgil. Written in iambic tetrameter. He tells about the benefits of the Trojan otaman Aeneas, who, after the destruction of Fatherland’s enemies, is believed to be rocky, at once with his Cossack army will re-establish the Omrian power in Rome, the next empire.
