Children's Kobzar is not just a collection of the most famous works of Taras Shevchenko, but an artist’s work with vivid illustrations. Paintings by Marina Mikhailoshina reinforce the words of the Great Kobzar and bring respect to both small and great readers. Here is a Ukrainian village with whitewashed huts, and a Cossack who takes the long road, and, of course, a kobzar who plays kobza and sings songs about the glorious past.
