Walk Through Walls: A Memoir (Proyti Skvoz Steny)

Marina Abramović's autobiography is a verbal statement, exuding the same power and fearlessness as her largely nonverbal artistic performances. With her characteristic dry humor, she recounts her childhood and adolescence, spent under the strict control of her authoritarian mother, and her art, imbued with an inexhaustible curiosity and a desire to understand people.
