Andy Warhol (1928-1987) was an iconic American artist, director, producer, publisher, and one of the founders of pop art. In his autobiographical 'philosophy,' he shares his thoughts on fame, relationships, money, sex, food, fashion, work, time, New York City, and what it means to be modern. Unlike other artists' books, Warhol's manifesto is a literary work in which reflections on art alternate with childhood memories, and dialogues with the fictional B with full-fledged first-person narratives.
