Jorge Luis Borges is one of the most famous writers of the 20th century, having largely shaped the face of modern literature. Borges's texts, whether fiction, poetry, or reflection, are a unique intellectual game—full of mysteries and fantastical images whose origins lie in the literatures and cultures of the past. This edition includes two of his collections in their entirety: 'Brodie's Message' and 'The Book of Sand,' as well as the elegant fantasy story 'Shakespeare's Memory.'
