'The Secret World of Shopaholic' is the first book in the series about the funny and sweet Becky Bloomwood! The novel served as the basis for the film 'Shopaholic' starring Isla Fisher and Hugh Dancy.
We all know that life is hard. Troubles and difficulties await us at literally every step. How to cope?
Becky has an answer to this question - shopping. But there's one small snag - her credit card is being used up at breakneck speed. What to do? Earn more? A thorny path with no guaranteed results. Marry a rich man? A dubious option for an independent woman. Save? Oh, no!
Yes, Becky has chosen an expensive hobby. But giving up the habit of buying is beyond her strength. Which means she needs to look for a way out. And one will certainly be found!
