In a sunless backyard, lives a lonely, lame duck. She has no one to share her peanuts with, even though she has a ton of them! The duck has never ventured outside the yard—she can't go far without a crutch, and she's terrified of leaving her familiar surroundings, stepping into the unknown, and changing her life.

But one day, a blind chicken wanders into the yard and tells the duck her deepest wish: more than anything, she wants to find a place where dreams come true. But how can she get there if she can't see? If only she had a companion!..

Unexpectedly for herself, the lame duck decides on an adventure and sets off on a journey with a blind chicken...
