This is a smart and constructive book about the years that cannot be wasted. The compact and lightweight pocket book is easy to take with you on the road, on a trip, or on a walk.

'The Crucial Years' is a book that can significantly influence the future life of you or your child. Some call the years from twenties to thirties their second youth, others - the beginning of adulthood. Dr. Meg Jay, a clinical psychologist, argues that this is the most important decade in a person's life in terms of the development of important areas of life: work, love, physical and intellectual development.

The book is based on ten years of work with hundreds of students and clients, combining current scientific research and real stories of those who have entered their twenties.

The book contains all the necessary tools for making the most of the most important ten years. The author shares what psychologists, sociologists, neurologists, economists and top managers involved in HR policy know about the critical importance of this period. What you do and don't do between the ages of 20 and 30 can have a profound impact on your career, personal growth, brain development, your relationships, and the building of business and personal networks.

Highlights of the book:

— Convenient and high-quality format - you can take the book with you anywhere.
— Pocketbooks take up little space, but bring a lot of benefits.
— The pocketbook series includes the most important books of MYTH.
